At Bees Uncommon Clothing, we take pride in delivering high-quality ethnic and contemporary wear for women and kids. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong size or item, different from what you ordered
- You received a defective product (e.g. torn, stained, stitching errors)
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and order details.
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Size mismatch due to incorrect selection by the customer
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, or in used/worn condition
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution
Size Mismatch After Referring to Size Chart
If you’ve referred to the size chart and still wish to exchange the item for a different size, you may do so, but both-way shipping charges will be borne by you (the customer).
We strongly recommend checking the size chart and measurements carefully before placing your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or as store credit if preferred)
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return, exchange, or refund request:
- Email us at bees.uncommonclothing@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Include your order ID, issue description, and clear photos (in case of damage or mismatch)
