2. Stock Availability
While we strive to maintain real-time inventory, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will fulfill the rest of your order and contact you to either wait for restocking or process a refund for the out-of-stock item.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the total weight, size, and destination of your order. These charges will be clearly displayed and collected with your payment. No hidden fees.
4. Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We work diligently to keep dispatch delays minimal.
5. Delivery Time
- Within Tamil Nadu: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.
- Other States (within India): Estimated delivery is 7 to 9 business days.
- Delivery times may vary slightly based on location and courier service.
6. Change of Delivery Address
You may request a change to your delivery address any time before dispatch. After dispatch, address changes cannot be made.
7. P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. Courier delivery is not available for these locations.
8. Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using India Post services only.
9. Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is backordered, the rest of your order will be held until all items are available for a single shipment, unless requested otherwise.
10. Delivery Delays
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us for a shipping investigation.
11. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to follow your shipment's status in real-time.
12. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, kindly reject it and contact us immediately. If damage is discovered after delivery, please contact us with photos and details.
13. Duties & Taxes

Applicable sales tax is already included in the product prices on our website.
13.2 Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders Only)
International buyers may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges must be borne by the customer. If refused, the order will be returned at your expense, and you will be refunded the product amount minus return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
14. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed before dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
15. Insurance
All parcels are insured up to the courier’s stated value in case of loss or damage during transit.
15.1 Damaged During Transit
We will issue a replacement or refund once the courier completes its damage investigation.
15.2 Lost in Transit
If confirmed lost by the courier, we will process a full refund or replacement promptly.
